Shipping, Returns and Refund

Shipping:

We now ship to Bahrain, in addition to Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.
Orders placed before 5 pm will typically be delivered the same day in Kuwait, though some may take 2-3 days.
For Kuwait, the delivery fee is 2 KD, with an extra 2 KD for remote areas. Delivery usually takes the same day, but may take 2-3 business days in some cases.
For other countries, the standard shipping fee is 4 KD, and delivery takes 2 to 5 business days.
Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the shipping charges and are paid by the customer to the delivery personnel.
We use SMSA Express for shipping.

We offer simple returns within 14 days of purchase.
You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return, reply to your order confirmation email or SMS to request which products you would like to return. Our customer care department will guide you further.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
If a replacement product is requested, it will be shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
Delivery charges for returns and transaction charges for refunds may apply.
