Shipping, Returns and Refund
Shipping:
- We now ship to Bahrain, in addition to Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.
- Orders placed before 5 pm will typically be delivered the same day in Kuwait, though some may take 2-3 days.
- For Kuwait, the delivery fee is 2 KD, with an extra 2 KD for remote areas. Delivery usually takes the same day, but may take 2-3 business days in some cases.
- For other countries, the standard shipping fee is 4 KD, and delivery takes 2 to 5 business days.
- Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the shipping charges and are paid by the customer to the delivery personnel.
- We use SMSA Express for shipping.
- Watch for promotions and offers for free shipping, highlighted in your cart, checkout, and product pages.
Returns & Exchanges:
- We offer simple returns within 14 days of purchase.
- You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- To initiate a return, reply to your order confirmation email or SMS to request which products you would like to return. Our customer care department will guide you further.
Refunds & Replacements:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-7 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
- If a replacement product is requested, it will be shipped within 1-3 business days of receiving the returned item(s).
- Delivery charges for returns and transaction charges for refunds may apply.
